Ingredients for making Coconut Milk Pulao-

Basmati rice 1 cup

Thinly sliced ​​onion 1 medium size

Ginger-garlic and green chili paste

Green peas cup

-Mix chopped vegetables 3/4 cup or chopped French beans

– 5 to 6 curry leaves

– cloves 3 to 4

Green cardamom 3 to 4

– 1 inch cinnamon

Cumin – half tsp

-Three-fourth cup of condensed coconut milk

-water 1 to 1.25 cups

-oil 2 tbsp

Green coriander some chopped

– salt as required

Method of Coconut Milk Pulao-

For this, first of all, take Basmati rice and wash it thoroughly in water.

Then you soak these rice in enough water for 20 minutes.

After this, chop all the vegetables and grind ginger, garlic and green chilies and make a paste of it.

Then put 2 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker and heat it.

After this, add whole spices like cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon, mace and 1/2 tsp cumin and fry it well.

Then you add 1 cup finely chopped onion and 5 to 6 curry leaves and mix it well.

After this, add ginger garlic and green chili paste and fry it well till the raw smell goes away.

Then you put all the mixed vegetables in it. After this, you fry these vegetables while stirring for about a minute.

After this, add rice to it and mix them with light hands.

After this, add coconut milk to it and mix it well.

Then you add 1 to 1.25 cups of water and salt to it and mix well.

After this, cover the cooker and let it come for 1 to 2 whistles. After that you turn off the gas and let the gas come out.

Now your Coconut Milk Pulao is ready. Then serve them garnished with green coriander.
