1. Missi Roti
Ingredients for making Missi Roti-
– salt to taste
– asafoetida powder
Method to make Missi Roti-
You can make missi roti just like ordinary roti. For this you mix wheat flour and gram flour together. Then add all the rest of the ingredients in it and knead its dough. After this, you make rotis and eat them by applying butter or ghee.
Ingredients for making Naan-
-Fresh thick curd
– lukewarm water for kneading the dough
Method of making Naan-
To make this, mix all the ingredients well. Then with the help of lukewarm water, knead a soft dough of it. After this, cover this dough with a wet cloth and keep it in a warm place for about two hours. Then after two hours knead it once again. After this, roll oval rotis of dough and roast them well on the pan. Put it on the pan and apply a little water on the naan so that it does not stick to the pan.
