Ingredients for Pumpkin Soup
1 cup pumpkin
-1 tsp ginger
-1/2 tsp garlic
-1 tsp olive oil
-1/2 tsp sugar
– Black pepper as per taste
– salt to taste
-4 slices bread
– 1 tsp coriander
-1/2 bowl coconut milk
Pumpkin soup recipe
To make this, first of all, put olive oil in a pan and heat it.
Then add ginger and garlic to it and fry well.
After this, add onion to it and fry it well.
Then you add pumpkin, salt and pepper to it and mix it well.
After this, put some water in the pan and cook the pumpkin well for about 20 minutes.
Then you take a pan on the second gas and fry the bread crumbs. This will double the taste of your soup.
Then when the pumpkin is cooked, add coconut milk and mix it.
After this, when the coconut milk mixes well with all the vegetables, then after cooling this mixture a little, grind it in a mixer or blender to make a paste.
This will make it like a thick soup.
Now put it in a serving bowl and serve it hot.
