Mining and transportation of sand is allowed from the sand ghats from sunrise to sunset, but in most of the sand ghats of Mahasamund district, sand is being mined through Pokeland and sand is extracted 24 hours a day as well as transportation can also be done 24 hours. Used to be.

But the mineral department is sleeping in Kumbhakarna’s sleep. The latest case has come to light from Chingraud sand ghat, where the Pokeland machine is being excavated 24 hours a day and 300 to 400 dumper sand is being transported 24 hours a day. But Kumbhakarniya is sleeping without taking any action.

Villagers say that digging and transportation is done by the Pokeland machine round the clock, but the Mineral Department does not take any action. At the same time, the top officials of the Mineral Department are giving roundabout answers in this whole matter.
