Balod: You must have heard a saying that ‘Success does not depend on facilities. If hard work is done to achieve the goal with perseverance, then success is certain. The daughter of a small village in the tribal development block of Balod district of Chhattisgarh has done something similar.

Radhika Hidko, a 23-year-old girl living in a small village of Daundi, a tribal development block of the district, has brought her name to International. Showing her talent in Karate, a two-time national player, she has won silver medal for India by getting second place as a player in the competition organized at International level in Visakhapatnam, while Bangladesh was in first place. Boys and girls from 9 countries are participating in the 5th International Karate Competition at Swarnabharati Indore Stadium, Visakhapatnam.

father is unable to walk

Radhika told that she comes from a very poor family and she has achieved this position through hard work every day. She said that her father is unable to walk, due to which she has to work for the maintenance of the family, as well as she has a special interest in sports. Along with Karate, Kabaddi is also a favorite sport of Radhika. She also gives daily practice to the daughters and younger brothers of the village so that the daughters can protect themselves.

At the same time, there is an atmosphere of happiness in the village due to this victory of Radhika and firecrackers have also been burst in happiness. Preparations have also been made to wait and welcome Radhika’s arrival.
