By consuming them, you get relief in back and joint pain in winters. Apart from this, your body gets strength and strong immunity, so let’s know the recipe of making fenugreek laddus full of medicinal properties-

Ingredients for making Fenugreek Ladoo-

Fenugreek seeds 100 grams

Milk 1/2 liter

Wheat flour 300 grams

– Ghee 250 grams

Glue 100 grams

-Almonds 30-35

Jaggery or sugar 300 grams

– black pepper 8-10

Cumin powder 2 tsp

-Sonth powder 2 tsp

-small cardamom 10

– Cinnamon 4 pieces

-nutmeg 2

Recipe for making fenugreek laddus-

To make this, first of all, clean the fenugreek seeds and grind them coarsely in the mixer.

After this, put the milk in a vessel to boil.

Then you soak the ground fenugreek in milk for about 8-10 hours and keep it.

After this, you grind almonds, black pepper, lentil sugar, cardamom and nutmeg.

Then put half a cup of ghee in a pan and fry the soaked fenugreek.

After this, fry it on medium flame till it becomes light brown.

Then you put the gum in the remaining ghee and fry it and keep it in a plate.

After this, add some more ghee in the same pan and fry the flour till it becomes light brown.

Then you put 1 spoon of ghee and jaggery in a pan and make syrup of it.

After this, add cumin powder, dry ginger powder, almonds, black pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom and mix it.

Then you add roasted fenugreek, roasted flour, roasted gum and mix it well.

After this, make round laddus from this mixture.

Then you store them in an air tight container.
