Ingredients for making Amra Chutney-
– red chili 1 whole
Sugar 2-3 tbsp
-Punch Phoran 1 tsp
– salt to taste
Recipe for making Amra Chutney-
For this, you first boil the mango and take out its fruit.
Then you keep its pulp to cool down.
You save its boiled water.
After this, add whole red chili, panch phoran and salt in a pan and fry for a minute.
Then you add mango pulp to it and mix it well.
After this, add boiled Amra water according to your taste.
Then you add sugar to it and make it like sugar syrup.
Now your Amra chutney is ready.
Then you serve it with hot paratha.
