-100 grams paneer
-150 grams peanuts
-1 cup jaggery
-2 tsp ghee
Recipe to make Paneer Chikki –
To make this, first you take peeled peanuts.
Then put them in a hot pan and fry them well and take them out.
After this, heat ghee in the same pan.
Then add jaggery to it and cook it well.
After this, add peanuts and mashed paneer to it and mix it well.
Then you take a plate or plate and grease it well with ghee.
After this, put this mixture of paneer in a plate and spread it well.
Then you leave it like this to set for a while.
After this, when it freezes, cut it with the help of a knife and cut it into desired shape.
