But have you ever tasted porridge and rajma ki tikki? If not, then today we have brought you an easy recipe to make porridge and rajma ki tikki full of nutritious properties. This tikki is made by roasting instead of frying. It is very crispy and spicy in taste. You can easily make and eat it at home in a very short time, so let’s know the recipe of making porridge and rajma ki tikki-
Ingredients for making Dalia and Rajma Tikki-
Boiled kidney beans cup
– Oatmeal half cup
Potatoes 2 small boiled
-Garlic 2 buds
Onion 1 small
Roasted and ground oats cup
– Cumin powder 1 tsp
– salt to taste
– a pinch of black pepper
– 1 small capsicum (red)
-Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Recipe for making Dalia and Rajma Tikki-
To make this, you boil rajma, potatoes and porridge.
After this you fry the oats and then grind them and keep them aside.
Then in a bowl add boiled kidney beans, potatoes, oatmeal and roasted oats in equal quantity and mix.
After that add garlic and onion to it.
Then you add all the spices and ingredients to it and mix it well.
After this, make small tikkis out of this mixture.
Then put these tikkis in bread crumbs and roll them well.
After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it.
Then you put these tikkis in it and cook them well till they become golden.
Now your Rajma and Daliya Tikki is ready.
