Ingredients for making Maize Paratha-

-A kind of cheese

-maize flour

– 1 tsp green chili



– pomegranate granule powder

-Garam Masala

– salt to taste

-chilli powder

– oregano


– hot water



-Black Salt

-cumin powder


Recipe to make Maize Paratha-

To make this, first of all, grate the paneer with the help of a grater.

After this, put corn flour in a bowl.

Then you add grated paneer, 1 tsp green chili, ginger, garlic and pomegranate powder to it.

Along with this, add garam masala, salt, red chili, carom seeds and coriander and mix it well.

Then you knead the dough with the help of hot water.

After this, take a butter paper and keep a ball of dough on it.

Then flatten it with the help of your palm.

After this, you put it on a hot pan and cook on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.

Then you cook it well by applying ghee from both the sides till it becomes golden.

Now your corn and paneer paratha is ready.

Then you serve it hot with curd, chutney or pickle.
