In a video, he can be heard saying that students should rebel against the offline examinations of class 10th and 12th. According to a media report, ‘In view of Kovid-19, social media influencer Vikas Phatak, also known as ‘Hindustani Bhau’. He has been arrested by the Dharavi police in connection with the protest of students in Dharavi demanding online examination for class 10th and 12th. FIR registered against Phatak and rest (sic).’ It is further reported that, ‘Hindustani Bhau’ had uploaded a video on Instagram of allegedly instigating the students. An FIR was registered under the Maharashtra Police Act, the Disaster Management Act and the Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Act under various sections of the IPC.

For information, let us tell you that this is not the first time that Hindustani Bhau has come in the headlines for such a reason. He was earlier arrested by the police for violating restrictions related to Kovid-19. Because he was protesting even at that time, for which he had to go to Shivaji Park.
