Weight Loss Diet: Barley porridge will help in reducing the hanging belly, make and eat it daily

Along with this, your immune system is also strengthened by its consumption. Also, you can prepare it by making it in a very short time, so let’s know the recipe of making barley porridge-

Ingredients for making barley porridge-

-1/2 cup barley porridge

-1/2 cup peas

-1 Tomato finely chopped

1/4 cup carrots

1/4 cup capsicum

-1/4 cup cauliflower

-1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp ghee

-1 tsp ginger paste

-2 green chilies

1 tbsp green coriander

– salt to taste

Recipe for making barley porridge-

To make this, first of all, take barley porridge and clean it thoroughly.

Then heat a pan on medium heat, add barley porridge and fry it light brown.

After this, put a spoonful of ghee in a cooker and heat it on the gas on medium flame.

Then you add half a teaspoon cumin and fry it.

After this, add chopped capsicum, carrot, cauliflower and peas and fry it.

Then you add ginger paste, chopped green chilies and salt as per taste.

After this, fry it for about 1 minute while stirring it with the help of a ladle.

Then you put roasted oatmeal in it and also put chopped tomatoes on top.

After this, you put 1 big cup of water in it i.e. about three times the amount of oatmeal.

Then after pouring water into the cooker, close the lid of the cooker and increase the flame of the gas.

After this, when one whistle comes in the cooker, then turn off the gas and let it go out.

Now your nutritious barley porridge is ready.

Then serve it garnished with green coriander leaves.
